The Shaktipat Intensive provides a unique opportunity for a profound encounter with the power of in-person Shaktipat transmission. With Jan’s physical presence, a more potent energetic connection is established, allowing for a closer observation of each participant’s energy and a personalized transmission for maximum impact. This often leads to deep spiritual transformations equivalent to several years of dedicated practice.
Jan Esmann, an enlightened yogi born in 1960, received instant enlightenment at the age of 19, along with the ability to impart Shaktipat through divine grace. Shaktipat, a rare and sacred initiation, awakens kundalini to its natural unfoldment, initiating individuals into the path of Shaktipat Siddha Yoga, also known as “The Most Perfect Yoga of Divine Grace.”
Contrary to common perceptions of Yoga involving physical postures and breathing exercises, Shaktipat Siddha Yoga focuses on Love, Devotion, and Surrender, excluding postures from its practice.
The upcoming retreat spans three days, starting on 19-07-2024 and concluding on 21-07-2024, with the following daily schedule:
First session: 11.00 – 14.00
Break: 14.00 – 16.00
Second session: 16.00 – 19.00
